Admissions and Marketing Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Admissions and Marketing Officer to join our team at our new international school in Thailand. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our school’s enrolment and enhancing its visibility within the local and international community. This role requires a blend of strategic marketing expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions

  • Develop and implement comprehensive admissions strategies to meet enrolment targets.

  • Manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrolment, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for prospective students and their families.

  • Conduct school tours, open houses, and information sessions to showcase the school’s offerings and facilities.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective and current students in the admissions database.

Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote the school within both local and international communities.

  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including the school’s website, social media, newsletters, and print materials.

  • Collaborate with the school’s leadership team to identify key marketing opportunities and initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Community Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international communities, including educational consultants, relocation agencies, and expatriate networks.

  • Represent the school at local and international events, fairs, and conferences to promote its programs and ethos.

    Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current families, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Work closely with other school departments to ensure a cohesive and welcoming experience for all families.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

  • Experience in admissions, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within an international school setting.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Proficiency in English and Thai, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Experience in using CRM systems and data management tools.
